Great time only thing wish they would put enough towels, toliet paper, trash bags in room for the four guest that were booked, there's no cleaning until you leave so maybe leave trash bags in bottom of the trash cans, are sink was clogged we ended unclogging are self tub drain didn't hold water for bath,pool was very nice n relaxing, breakfast was good as well, wifi didn't work when asked at front desk you were able to connect but once back in your room or at pool it didn't work. besides that was a nice quit relaxing time
A fairly good hotel for the price. Only real problem I had was that an outer door near the handicap parking area would not work, so I had to go all the way around to the front door to go in through the lobby. I use a wheelchair to get around. Otherwise the room itself was very nice had a coffee pot and a good refrigerator freezer and a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.
My girlfriend and I stayed there for a few nights because DSS put us there,but it was really good. The breakfast and everything was good and so was the coffee..easy walk to Hannaford, Hudson Headwaters,the Mall and other places. The room was not bad,the bed was super comfortable..I was out like a light in less than 10 minutes. All in all it wasn't really that bad.
I have had the best experience with this hotel. The hotel staff are always so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is just perfect to start your day with!
Had a pretty good overnight stay here. We arrived actually kinda early around 3pm but they were just finishing getting the room ready so it was nice. The room was very clean and more spacious than I expected.. definitely enjoy being on first floor very close to the car. Only minor issue we had was with the key card wasn't working but a trip to the front desk they gave us back up key for it. It's nice they have an outdoor pool only too bad weather was too cold to fully enjoy it. Every other amenity was working great. Just maybe the bathroom might need some touch ups. Also not much of a breakfast options they gave us an apple and two protein bars, hopefully with the restriction lifting breakfast area would be coming back. However given the price and location it's definitely well worth the stay :) a little farther from historical Plattsburgh area but it's very very close to I87. Definitely a happy stay overall

Price is great for two nights. Staff at desk were great checking us in. Great location near shopping areas. Not sure if the pillow cases on the bed were washed as they smelled of cologne and the tub slighrly wreaks of a sweaty man. Fairly clean. Some stains in the room (couch, lam shade) but that I'd expected with an old building and a really affordable price.
Had to stay in Plattsburgh to be close to the hospital for cancer treatments for several months. Are there cleaner rooms in town, it's likely. But the price and proximity to restaurants and stores makes it my favorite place in town. The front desk folks are accommodating and cheerful. I've stayed in a bunch of rooms in Plattsburgh, and will always recommend this place. There's also complimentary breakfast
